Get Ready to RUN program

Come train with us at Finger Lakes Health. If you want to be active and feel fit, join the Get Ready to RUN program which consists of weekly coached group workouts in a supportive environment, designed to safely prepare you to improve your health, enhance your fitness, and complete (run or walk) the Cubby Chase 5K (3.1 mile) race on July 27, 2013.

The Get Ready to RUN program is led by USTF certified coaches Mike and Sarah Eighmey and is designed for all levels of fitness, including those new to running, and experienced runners looking to improve.
